Proven sourcing and purchasing experience
Proven business representative experience
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Thorough understanding of market research, sales and negotiating techniques
Capable of dealing at senior management and board level
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
The potential to develop the scope of the role and assist in the development of the sales across Poland
Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, vertical integration of existing markets, networking and social media
Prepare and deliver professional presentations on products/services
Create detailed sales plans to achieve goals and targets
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Manage key accounts and develop long term customer relationships
Negotiate agreements and maintain CRM records and data
